Mika
"Mika" MADC, MJDC, AG.N.J., AG.N. is my 8 year old Miniature Schnauzer. We started our agility journey in 2005. She's my first dog, so I'm ever grateful to her for forgiving my mistakes and helping me learn from them. She started off as the dog who was terrified of the teeter, was very reactive to other dogs, and stressed so easily; but after lots of hard work, she is now my driven little dog who I just love to train. We started trialing in October 2007; we enjoy competing in AAC agility and a bit of CKC as well. Other than agility, Mika's pastimes include playing with her toys and napping. She is also a crazy little trick dog who loves to show her enthusiasm with LOUD barking! She is just full of personality and is one of the wackiest dogs I've met, and I wouldn't change her for the world; she's full of individuality that I just love. Over the years, Mika has risen above and beyond my expectations more times than I can count, and one of her greatest lessons she has taught me is to never stop believing in my dog.
